BeForward reserves the right to refuse service to any applicant who does not meet these eligibility criteria.

3. Loan Application Process

BeForward will review your application and may request additional documentation for verification purposes. By submitting your application, you give BeForward permission to conduct a credit check and assess your financial status.

5. Repayment

You agree to repay the loan according to the terms specified in your loan agreement. The repayment period, installment amount, and frequency of payments will be outlined in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in penalties, additional fees, and/or legal action. BeForward reserves the right to charge interest on late payments, as specified in the agreement.

6. Fees and Charges

BeForward may charge application fees, processing fees, and other fees related to the loan. These charges will be clearly outlined in the loan agreement and are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for late payments, missed payments, or loan cancellations, as specified in the terms of your loan agreement.

7. Loan Cancellation and Early Repayment

You have the right to cancel your loan application within 48 hours of submission, provided your loan has not been approved or processed. After approval or disbursement of funds, cancellations will be subject to the terms of your loan agreement.
You may choose to repay your loan early, in whole or in part, without penalty, but please note that interest may be recalculated based on the revised repayment terms.

8. Default and Repossession

If you fail to repay the loan as per the agreed terms, BeForward reserves the right to take necessary legal actions, including initiating loan recovery processes and repossessing the vehicle financed under the loan agreement. You will be responsible for any costs associated with repossession and legal proceedings.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

By applying for a loan, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal and financial data as described in our Privacy Policy. BeForward takes the protection of your data seriously and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Use of Our Website and Services

You agree to use BeForward’s website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our terms. You may not:
